This course uses the small Ozobot robots to introduce students to technology concepts such as critical thinking, problem solving, coding, and algorithms. Students are engaged with these fun robots with sensors that detect colored lines and patterns, and will follow lines drawn on paper or on Tablets.
Students can pick-up a marker and go. Ozobots are so small and yet powerful learning tools for teaching fractions, number lines, coordinate systems, and many other math concepts. Students also use them to tell stories and imagine all types of scenarios where the Ozobots travel and discover the world. They also play games, make puzzles and use the Apps to learn coding.
Students learn Blockly Coding to move the robot, make it dance, flash lights in patterns, navigate mazes, and much more! No prior coding experience required!
